Rosemary Roasted chicken with potatoes

  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary leaves
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 1/2 lb red potatoes cut into cubes



Step 1

mix oil, all of the spices and salt in large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes; toss to coat well. Arrange chicken and potatoes in single layer on foil lined pan. Roast uncovered at 425 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked and potatoes tender.
