Ingredients

  • KUGEL:
  • 1 pound broad egg noodles (cooked)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup white raisins
  • 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • TOPPING:
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggs and sugar.

Add all other KUGEL ingredients.

Pour into large pan or two 8x13 pans.

Mix TOPPING ingredients and sprinkle on top of KUGEL.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
