Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless chicken breast halves
  • swiss cheese
  • can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup pepperidge farm stuffing mix

Preparation

Step 1

combine soup, wine, water. put a very thin layer in baking dish. arrange chicken on top. arrange swiss cheese on top of chicken. spoon remaining sauce over top. combine stuffing mix, butter. sprinkle over chicken. bake at 350 for 40 mins (cover dish with foil). bake 10 additional mins.
