Ingredients
- 11 cups flour
- 3 cups water (warm)
- 5 tablespoons sugar (I use about 3/4 to 1 cup)
- 2 pkg yeast (plus a little sugar)
- 2 tsp salt
- 5 tablespoons butter

Preparation
Step 1
Put warm water, yeast and a little sugar in a bowl let foam form. Mix all the above – raise twice makes about 6 loaves. Put into greased pans and let raise again. Bake 350 degrees for 45 mintues.
