Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion -- chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon sage

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange chicken in a baking dish. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
