Calzone

You can fill these calzones with any of your favorite fillings. Try a little ricotta and mozzarella cheese, or some of your leftover stir fry from the other night.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tube chilled pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
- 2 tablespoons bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons zucchini, diced
- 1 mushroom, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Place the Micro Grill in microwave and heat on high power for 3 minutes.
Pat the dough into a 6-inch square. Place pesto, bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and cheese evenly on one half. Fold dough in half and press to seal ends. Press surface of dough so that it is fairly flat and even.
Carefully remove the Micro Grill from microwave and place calzone on grilling surface. Close Micro Grill and return to microwave. Cook on high for 3 minutes.
