Cheese Fondue

These are the ingredients from one of the sauces from Simply Fondue Restaurant. They are my best attempt at quantities

Ingredients
- Block of Fontina cheese, usually sold in a wedge, grated
- 1 T marinara sauce
- 1/4 c pesto (I used store bought)
- 1 t fresh chopped garlic
- 1/2-1 c white wine (chardonnay or pinot grigio is good)
- couple T of flour stirred in with the grated cheese

Cooking time 15mins

Step 1
Heat the wine and garlic in a pot on the stove at med heat.
Add the marinara sauce and pesto. Stir for a few minutes.
Add in the cheese that has been tossed in flour. Makes it easy to melt.
Stir until the cheese is totally melted than add to fondue pot that has already been turned to low.
Very good with veggies or bread.
