Ingredients
- 4 1/2 Cup grated potatoes
- 1 Sm grated onion
- 1/4 teas. Baking powder
- 1 1/2 teas salt
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 2 Eggs-beaten
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 4 Tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix potatoes and onions in a large bowl.
Combine and mix:
Beaten eggs, milk, butter
Add to potato mixture.
Combine and mix:
Baking powder, salt and flour
Add to potato mixture.
TIPS before starting:
After you peel your potatoes, let them soak in water for a couple hours before you grate. This will help your batter stay whiter longer. Also, adding about 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tarter will also help.
Have all your ingredients ready and measured before you grate your potatoes.
