Forgotten Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet of onion soup mix
  • 1/3 cup Sherry

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Place rice in casserole pan, top with chicken breasts. Mix soups and sherry together and pour over chicken and rice. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours. Remove foil after 1 hour and 45 minutes to brown.
