Ingredients
- 2 C butter, softened
- 1 C icing sugar
- 4 C flour
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. book approx. 10 mins.
Cream butter well. Add sugar and mix in flour.
Roll into 2 inch balls.
Bake at 325°F to light brown - approx 10 min
(don't overcook)
Roll in icing sugar while still warm (not hot) and again once cool.
