Ingredients
- 2 Ungers Frozen Fish Loaves
- 3 to 4 large carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 large yellow onions sliced into rings
- 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Remove wrapping from loaves except the wax paper.
Put in a stock pot with sliced carrots and onions. Add sugar. Make sure water covers loaves. Cover pot and bring to a boil. Remove lid and dunk fish.Lower to medium low flame and let simmer 1.5 hours. Remove from the heat and let stand in the water for 1/2 hour.
Lift the fish out of the water with spatulas and put and remove the wax paper. Place in Pyrex with onions and carrots and a little water so they do not dry out. Refrigerate over night. Cut into slices and place a piece of carrot and onion on each slice.
