Bread Pudding

This was another of my grandmother's (Nana McNally) recipes.

Ingredients

• 5 Eggs, beaten
• 1 Qt. Milk
• 7 Tbs. Sugar
• 1 Tbs. Vanilla
• Stale Bread Cubes or Stale Cake
• Raisins, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix above ingredients and pour over stale bread cubes or stale cake in greased casserole dish. Put some butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Raisins can be added if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
