Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons apricot preserves -- melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 pound chicken parts

Heat grill or broiler. In a small bowl, combine mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. grill chicken, turning and brushing frequently with glaze while cooking.
