Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 2 eggs -- slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup matzo meal
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons soup or water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. With wet hands, shape into balls and place in large pot of boiling water. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Remove from water and put in soup.
