Ingredients
- 1 mango -- peeled and diced
- 1/2 cu[ Italian dressing
- 2 15 ounce cans black beans -- drained
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1 small green pepper -- chopped
- 1 small red pepper -- chopped
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, blend 1/4 of the mango with the Italian dressing until smooth.
Combine remaining ingredients. Add mango puree.
