Ingredients
- 2 15 ounce cans black eyed peas
- 2 green onions -- chopped
- 1 apple -- cubed
- 1 stalk celery -- sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper -- chopped
- VINAIGRETTE
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
