Ingredients
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- French Silk Frosting
Preparation
Step 1
Grease and flour two (9 inch) pans or 3 (8 inch) pans. Mix margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Beat for 5 min. on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally. On low speed, mix in flour, baking powder and slat alternately with milk. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. Cool.
