Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 2 (5 ounce) boneless pork chops
Preparation
Step 1
Place the Micro Grill in microwave and heat on high power for 3 minutes.
Combine basil, oregano, breadcrumbs, mushrooms, onions, and ricotta cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Using a small, sharp knife cut a pocket into each pork chop and fill with cheese mixture. Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.
