French Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 2 T powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately. Make a well in dry ingredients and pour liquid ingredients in. Combine with a few strokes, ignoring lumps. Grease skillet and pour small amount of batter into pan and spread until thin. Cook until golden on both sides.
