Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, ripe (1 1/2 Cup Mashed)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Nuts (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Butter a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Mix all wet ingredients.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Blend wet and dry ingredients.
Pour into pan. Bake at 325 degrees until toothpick comes back clean.
