Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 med onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 Italian seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, cook beef and onion over med heat until meat no longer pink; drain
Add marinara sauce, salt and pepper,cook and stir for 8 -10 min or until thickened
Spoon into four 8 oz ramekins or custard cups; set aside
In small bowl, combine flour,cheese,baking powder, salt and italian seasoning
Stir in milk and butter just until moistened
Spoon dough over meat mixture; place ramekins on baking sheet
Bake 450 12 -15 min or until golden brown
