Carly's Chicken

Simple and fast chicken casserole dish that my daughter loves.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 skinless boneless chicken breasts, boiled until done and cubed
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 tube of saltines, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Boil 4-5 skinless/boneless breasts until cooked thoroughly

In 3qt Pyrex: mix: 2 cans of cream of mushroom with 1pt sour cream, season to taste with salt and pepper, dice chicken and add to sauce, spread evenly in dish.

In separate bowl: melt 1 stick of butter, add 1 tube of crushed saltines, incorporate well, put on top of chicken mixture

Cook: uncovered in 350° preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, broil 1-1/2 more minutes to brown crust.

Serve over rice.
