Broccoli Corn Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers -- crushed
  • 1 stick margarine -- melted
  • 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli -- thawed
  • 1 can whole kernel corn -- (15 1/4 ounce) drained
  • 1 can creamed corn -- (14 3/4 ounce)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cracker crumbs and margarine; reserve 1/2 cup for the topping. In a bowl combine broccoli, both cans of corn and remaining crumbs. Transfer to a greased casserole (2 qt). Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
