Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 325 degrees.
Mix egg whites, confectioner sugar, salt and vanilla and beat together.
Melt one 6oz pack of chips (microwave 20 seconds at a time and stir until melted-don't over heat), add to the above mixture then add coconut.

Drop spoonfulls onto baking paper covered baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Let cool a little before removing from paper. This gets tricky and sticky.
