Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas
- 1 celery stalk -- sliced
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 small red onion -- minced
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- pinch cayenne pepper
