Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1-1/3 cups chopped roasted skinless boneless chicken breast (about 2 breasts)
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablepsoons chopped dry-roasted cashews
- 2 Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin rolls
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 2 ingredients in a large bowl stirring until well blended. Add chicken, raisins, celery, cashews and stir well. Serve chicken salad on sandwich thin rolls.
