Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 medium tart apple -- peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup raisins

Step 1
Beat egg. Add sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in apples and raisins. Spread into 9 inch greased pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
