Ingredients
- TOPPING
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons margarine -- softened
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups mini chocolate chips -- divided
- CAKE
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine -- softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
Combine the topping ingredients until crumbly. Stir in nuts and only 1/2 cup of chips.
For the cake: combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat sugar, butter and vanilla extract in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in remaining chips. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with topping.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
