Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni
- 1/2 cup minced onions
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef in large skillet. Drain off fat. Stir in macaroni, onion, green pepper and salt. Cook, stirring until macaroni is transparent. Add tomato sauce and water. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 to 30 min. Shut off fire and let stand for about 5 min.
