Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 4 cups sweet potatoes -- (about 3) cooked and mashed
- 1 7 ounce container marshmallow fluff or 1 cup marshmallows
- Mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except mini marshmallows. Beat with electric mixer. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Add mini marshmallows on top and broil a minute until browned.
