Smoked Salmon Panini

Ingredients
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 12 thin slices smoked salmon
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dried chopped dill
- 2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Pam spray

Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise and dill in a measuring cup.
Spray one side of bread with Pam spray. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly on slices. Layer salmon, Swiss and tomato on top with remaining bread.
Place 2 of the sandwiches on the panini maker, close lid and cook 3 to 4 minutes, until dark grill marks appear.
Transfer to a cutting board and cut in half. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
