Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 lg egg room temp.
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dried cranberies
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy and light in color. Mix in egg and vanilla. Add flour, cornstarch, soda and salt. Stir in chips and cranberries. Chill dough for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes.
