CHOCOLATE PIE

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 heaping tbs. Flour
  • 1 1/2 tbs. Cocoa
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 2 beaten Eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients. Add milk just until thick. Add beaten eggs. Add remainder of milk and 1 cup of water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Pour into prepared pie shell. May be topped with meringue or, when cool, topped with whipped topping.
