Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 C sugar
  • 1/2 t almond extract
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 3 T sugar
  • 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and eggs, 2/3 C sugar & almond extract until smooth.
Pour into a 9" greased pie plate.
Bake at 350* for 25 mins. While cooling, beat sour cream, sugar & vanilla.
Pour on top of cake & bake again at 350* for 10 mins.
Cool, top with fruit if desired & refrigerate.
