Ingredients
- 1 yellow squash
- 1/2 cantaloupe, scooped from shell and cut into chunks
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 2 cups sparkling water (any flavor)
- 1/4 cup raw agave nectar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel yellow squash, cut into rounds, and put into blender. Add chopped cantaloupe, mango, and sparkling water, and blend into a smooth texture.
2. Add agave nectar and blend a second time.
3. Pour mixture into chosen pop molds and put sticks in place.
4. Freeze pops until solid.
