Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c finely diced rhubarb
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 2/3 c oil
  • 1 t bs
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 c nuts
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c sour milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • Topping
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb and let stand while making batter. Mix together remaining ingredients thoroughly. Add sugared rhubarb and nuts. Mix well. Pour into 2 9x5x3 greased pans. Sprinkle with mixed topping and bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
