Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 c. Pace Picante Sauce
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef, pour off fat. Combine soup, salsa, milk, and 1/2 cup of the cheese in separate bowl and pour over cooked beef. Mix well. Gently tear tortillas into pieces and stir into beef mixture. Place mixture in baking pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove foil for the last 5 to 8 minutes of baking time. Serve with freshly chopped tomatoes and lettuce on top.
