Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/3 cups graham crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Filling:
- 3 pkgs (250g each) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Make crust but mixing the melted butter crumbs and sugar together and pressing in to a pan. bake it for 8 to 10 minutes. Then reduce oven to 350. In large bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Then add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and blend well. Pour over crust and bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave it in the oven until cool then refrigerate.
*Can add chocolate chips
