Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and cream in the icing sugar, cocoa, and vanilla.
Work in flour.
Knead until smooth.
Bake at 325° for 30 – 35 minutes in shortbread pan sprayed with non-stick oil.
Let the pan cool for 10 minutes before loosening edges with a knife.
Flip onto cutting board and cut while still warm
