Ingredients

  • 6 oz pkg orange gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 pint orange sherbet
  • 11 oz mandarin oranges, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange juice & sherbet. Blend until sherbet is melted & mixture is smooth. Chill until slightly thickened, about 30 min.
Fold in oranges. Turn into lightly oiled mold.
Chill until firm in freezer overnight.
Take out 30 min before serving & Unmold.
