Beer Battered Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fish fillets
  • 3 to 4 Tablespoons Original Bisquick Mix
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick Mix
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in skillet or deep fryer to 350. Lightly coat fish with 3 to 4 Tablespoons of Bisquick. Mix remaining ingredients until smooth. Add additional beer, 1 Tablespoon at a time, if batter is too thick. Dip fish into batter, letting extra batter drip into bowl. Fry until golden brown.
