Dijon Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced crystallized ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in a greased 11x7x2 baking dish. Combine mustard, brown sugar, and ginger; stir well. Brush half of laze mixture evenly over chicken. Cove and bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

Uncover and baste with remaining glaze mixture. Broil chicken 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or just until golden. Transfer chicken to serving platter and sprinkle with parsley.
