Ingredients

  • 2 pkg Crescent Rolls
  • 1/4 lb sandwich ham
  • 1/4 lb sliced provolone
  • 1/4 lb genoa salami
  • 1/4 lb iswiss cheese
  • 1/4 lb pepperoni
  • 1 jar roasted peppers, drained and sliced
  • 3 eggs beaten with some pepper and grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spread one pkg crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9X13 baking pan or glass baking dish. Layer the meat and cheese in the above order on top of the layer of crescent rolls. Place the roasted peppers on top. Pour most of the egg mixture over top. Spread the other pkg of rolls over top to cover. Pour the small remaining amount of egg mixture over top brushing to wet the entire top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes more or until top is browned.

Cool slightly so it doesn't fall apart when cut into squares.
