Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (7 ounce bag) Butter Toffee Glazed nuts
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 3.4 ounce package vanilla pudding
- 2/3 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup (6 ounce can) pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup rum

Preheat oven to 350. Very heavily grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Sprinkle the glazed nuts on the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
In the bowl of the electric mixer, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and pudding mix. Add the oil, eggs, pineapple juice and rum. Beat on medium-high speed until a smooth batter forms. Pour into pan. Bake 55-60 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Loosen cake from pan and remove.
