Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 whole chicken breasts -- split in half
- 2/3 cup margarine -- melted
- 1/4 cup white wine or apple juice
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first four ingredients. Dip chicken in margarine. Set remaining margarine aside.
Roll chicken in crumbs. Place skin side up in shallow casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to the leftover margarine. Pour over baked chicken and bake 2-3 minutes more.
