Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 2/3 cups graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Mix together and press into bottom of buttered 9-inch spring-form pan. Make certain crust covers the union of sides and bottom of pan.
  • Filling:
  • 5 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (liquid whipping cream)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, flour and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and yolks one at a time and beat well after each. Mix in remaining ingredients and pour over crust.

Bake 75 minutes at 325 degrees, or until center is set. Remove to wire rack and cool to room temperature. Chill overnight in refrigerator.

Add topping:
1 1/2 pints sliced strawberries
