Ingredients
- Whole Fish
- 8 Egg Whites
- 5 lbs of Coarse Sea Salt
- 2 Lemons
- 2 Limes
- 2 Oranges
- 1 Cup Parsley
- 3 Springs Rosemary
- 10 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 3 Sprigs Thyme
- 4 Sprigs Tarragon
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Piee Ginger

Preparation
Step 1
400 Degree - 8 minutes per pound
Beat Egg Whites and add salt until texture of cornmeal. Cover bottom of cookie sheet.
Combine remaining ingredients to stuff fish.
