Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 2 mangoes -- diced
- 1/2 red onion -- finely diced
- DRESSING
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup salted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine lettuce, mango and red onion.
Dressing: Mash the feta cheese, olive oil, vinegar and italian seasoning. Can also food process it for smoother dressing.
