Ingredients
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. If dough is too soft, add an additional 1/2 cup flour. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface into 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into shapes. Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
