Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
  • 1 package quick rising yeast
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine water, sugar and yeast until yeast bubbles.

Add flours, salt and oil. Knead for about five minutes. You may have to add a bit more water. Put dough in greased bowl. Cover and set aside for about 1/2 hour.

Divide into two and roll each into a circle. Make pizza and bake at 450.
